APA is going to Hawaii

The 2009 Annual Meeting will be a joint meeting between the American Pancreatic Association and the Japanese Pancreas Society in honor of both groups’ 40th Anniversaries. The meeting will be held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Honolulu, Hawaii and will begin on the evening of Wednesday, November 4th and continue until Saturday, November 7th. Start planning your trips now! We have negotiated a great rate with the Hilton at $199 (but we recommend that you spend the extra $20 a night for an ocean view room). There will also be comparable rates available at Hiltons on the other islands, in case you would like to extend your stay in Hawaii. We are encouraging everybody to plan ahead and book early.
Reservations
The registration fees include conference materials, receptions, breakfast and lunch and Friday night’s Gala Dinner. Spouses and guests are welcome to register as an “accompanying person” and attend the receptions and dinner. To register, please submit the registration form in one of the following ways:
